- 1 cup fresh pineapple, cut in small chunks
- 1 cup whole plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup apple juice
- 1 egg (organic, fertile if available)
Combine in a blender. When smooth, drop a few ice cubes in, one at a time and blend.
Variation: Substitute 1 banana for 1/2 cup yogurt. This is also a nice breakfast drink.
