Rethinking Cancer Newsletter #1

October 11, 2010 //  by RethinkingCancer

Welcome to Rethinking Cancer Newsletter #1.

We are writing to you because of your interest in the experience and goals of F.A.C.T. (Foundation for Advancement in Cancer Therapy). It has been about two months since we launched our new film Rethinking Cancer (on DVD), and our new website. Things have been going great. We have received pickup of the film in dozens of publications along with some strong reviews including:

Health.com who said of the film:
“Intriguing enough to warrant your attention, especially if you or someone you love has a serious, chronic illness.”

And just recently actress Parker Posey commented in the Daily News:
“The five patients in Rethinking Cancer share with us the path of their recovery:  the courage to take their own lives in their hands with a natural approach to healing their bodies. It raises the question: How can a natural approach to healing oneself be considered so unconventional?”

In addition to the revamped website and the new film, you should also know we have a presence on Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube, where clips of the film may be viewed along with new articles and comments that will regularly appear.

Now we are asking specifically for your help to get the word out. We would appreciate it enormously if you could forward the attached e-card along with the note below to 10 of your friends who you feel would be receptive to our message. Together we can spread the word about a different way to deal with a dread disease.

Thanks again for your support of F.A.C.T. We will continue to keep you posted on new events as they unfold.

Please click on the image and send on the attached ecard along with the statement below to all of your friends.

—————————————————————————————————————————————–

Do you believe there are too many toxins in our lives?

Do you believe that there are credible alternatives to traditional medical treatment for cancer?

Do you believe that we as patients in this country need to take greater accountability for our own medical care?

If you agree with any of these principles, then you’ll want to watch the film Rethinking Cancer produced by F.A.C.T. (Foundation for Advancement in Cancer therapy).  This documentary provides a rare look into the psychological and therapeutic journeys of five men and women who used non-toxic treatments to overcome their serious illness. (Cancer of the Bone and Lymph, Breast, Renal Cell Carcinoma and Lyme Disease). Their stories represent successes that mainstream medicine and the public ought to know about.  I invite you to check out the Foundation and the film by going to www.rethinkingcancer.org and start learning more right now. Come join our growing community of people learning about fighting cancer the non-toxic way. Our goal is to bring you the facts; nothing more nothing less.

Just in Time for Thanksgiving!

Thanksgiving is a time of family, reflection, and gratefulness. We wanted to offer you some Cancer Healthy recipes in time for the Thanksgiving holiday! Check them out here.
